I've had a lovely b-day weekend. Yesterday we went down to the athletics track and H (my new personal trainer) put me through my paces and speed tested me on 30 m 60m and 100m.

Today's been fab, it's amazing how long the day feels when you're just moseying around the house.

Har haft en fin fin fodelsedags helg. Vi var ute och at pa min favvo grek restaurang i fredags, idag har vi mest vatt hemma och tatt det lungt efter igar nar vi va pa gymet och jag sprang 30m 60m och 100m och H (min nya personliga tranare) tog tiden :)

men hamous du far skynda dig och lara dig engelska for det var jobbigt att skirva pa tva sprak! :)
