I've opened the doors and windows and I'm letting it shine in. Do you think it might just be summer now?

• 2 tins kidney beans (a 400g)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 4 slices of fresh bread
• spices, herbs (oregano, chili, cumin, salt, pepper...)

fry onion and garlic, add spices and herbs

process beans bread + onions etc. to a thick mince like consistency

shape into patties an fry in a little bit of oil.

Sue & Roger also let me have a bath in their house, it was bliss.

We've worked hard all week and tomorrow...

we get up at 6 to do it all over again!

Don't think that I'm complaining by the way, I'm loving every second of it.
